For years we had a problem with leaking in our basement. Our neighbor also had the same problem, so they used First Choice Property Care and recommended them to us.. Well, when the time came for us to take the step we called them. It was the best decision my husband and I made. They came at the specified time, very punctual, and started at work right away. They were very professional, organized, cleaned up after the work, and were done in no time. In less than one day they managed to dig a trench in our basement, install the drain, lay cement, and run a pipe outside for drainage with no conflict at all. The work was impeccable. Needless to say, we would recommend them over and over again. Also, their team was Concise, explained down to the last detail what they would be doing, left nothing to the imagination.
